Creating and managing multi-channel, multi-touch interactive campaigns requires thorough planning and the right skill set.  To ensure MSI clients realize the best possible results, we use a 4-Phase Process.

Before we engage with a client, we'll conduct a needs analysis. The purpose of the needs analysis is to ensure that the solutions we offer are in alignment with your existing resources, your immediate and future goals and your budget.  This analysis will evaluate and consider:

Once we have gained insight to these areas, we'll prepare a proposal for our services and associated technical requirements.  Once the project is initiated, we'll conduct a kick-off meeting with representatives of your company to get everyone oriented to the project and to address any questions that may arise. 

Developing the sequence of each message, the correct channel for each message and the content of each message, requires the most effort.  In collaboration with your sales and marketing resources, our services will help you "story board" each campaign track and the triggers that will be used to initiate each message.

MSI has resources to help develop your messages.  We'll manage these resources for you or work with resources you may already have a relationship with. Our consulting services provide overall guidance to the project to ensure its' success.  Most of the effort occurs up front followed by on-going management and reporting.
