Integration Services
Routinely, we're required to integrate with a clients existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or business systems
.  This is done through direct integration (as is the case for Microsoft CRM and Salesforce.com users) or Application Program Interfaces (API's).  Integration offers many advantages - eliminate redundant entries, automate lead routing, capture real-time updates and provide sales reps more customer visibility.  API's can be configured to utilize purchase or service history to trigger campaigns.
